Find out the secrets handed down for centuries from fathers to sons and that keep high the name and the quality of this precious product, used in traditional Modenese cuisine and now famous all over the world.

A Balsamic Vinegar expert maker (Maestro) will guide you through the Acetaia explaining the different production processes used for centuries.

You will visit the cellars where the vinegar ages for 12 to 25 years in barrels of different kinds of woods and volumes, acquiring an amazing balance of flavor, aromas and density.

You will not resist the temptation to taste it, possibly accompanied with typical ham or salami and cheese…and if you’ll be lucky your wish will be fulfilled!

Late arrivals and no shows, for any reasons, will not be accepted and absolutely cannot be refunded.

No refund for entry denial due to inappropriate dressing.
