Tagliatelle al Ragù (Bolognese Meat Sauce Tagliatelle), Tortellini in Brodo (Tortellini in Broth), Lasagne, Cannelloni, Maccheroni al Pettine con ragù di fagioli e salsiccia (Beans and Sausage Sauce Maccheroni), Tortelloni alla zucca (Pumpking Tortelloni)
And here are some of the most famous Modenese main dishes; Carpaccio with Arugula, Parmesan Cheese and Balsamic Vinegar, Filet Mignon with Balsamic Vinegar and Pumpkin Purée.
