You will spend a delightful day with our chef in his comfortable home styled kitchen, where you will learn the basics of the traditional Modenese cuisine.
You will prepare delicious recipes following the chef’s instructions and then have the opportunity to feast on your efforts at the dining table in a festive and cheerful dinner.

Your guide will pick you up at your hotel with a private car and take you to the Cooking School downtown Modena.
Our Chef will reveal the secrets of the tasty local cuisine while you will have …your fingers in the pie!
The menu changes according to the Season and the ingredients available at the market.
You will learn how to prepare one or more of the following “primi piatti”:
Tagliatelle al Ragù (Bolognese Meat Sauce Tagliatelle), Tortellini in Brodo (Tortellini in Broth), Lasagne, Cannelloni, Maccheroni al Pettine con ragù di fagioli e salsiccia (Beans and Sausage Sauce Maccheroni), Tortelloni alla zucca (Pumpking Tortelloni)
And here are some of the most famous Modenese main dishes; Carpaccio with Arugula, Parmesan Cheese and Balsamic Vinegar, Filet Mignon with Balsamic Vinegar and Pumpkin Purée.
And as a dessert…Cream with Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar …Simply delicious!
Aprons are provided by the Cooking School so you do not need to bring yours.
Don’t forget to bring a notebook to write down the recipes and a camera to remember the delicious food you prepared!

This Experience requires a minimum of 2 participants.
Contact your local operator the day before to confirm departure time and the name of your hotel.
If you are not staying in Modena or in the vicinity, your meeting point will be at the Central Train Station of Modena. However, should you prefer to be picked up at your hotel, you can contact the operator and confirm availability and extra fees.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time and present voucher to your guide.
There is a strict 72 hours cancellation policy.
Full refund for cancellations done 3 days prior to time of scheduled departure or commencement time.
Cancellations done less than 3 days prior to time of scheduled departure or commencement time are non-refundable in all circumstances.
Late arrivals and no shows, for any reasons, will not be accepted and absolutely cannot be refunded.
No refund for entry denial due to inappropriate dressing.
