This tour is a perfect mix of food and culture.
Paestum, 85 Km south of Naples, was an ancient Greek colony, founded in the 7th century BC but that has been known with the actual name when it became a roman town in 273 BC.
It is a major archeological location, where three majestic Greek temples, among the most well preserved doric temples in the world, stand in the middle of the archeological site rich in decorated tombs.
The visit of Paestum will be followed by a visit to a local Buffalo Mozzarella making site, where you will learn how this delicious cheese is made and of course have a tasting of it!
This is something your palate will never forget, and you will realize the mozzarella you have eaten until today, is something that has never been any close to the real Buffalo Mozzarella of Naples!
