Tour Route:
Our Tour starts with a short orientation session at our premises.

Once you feel comfortable riding the Segway we will start our journey to the Historic Center of town, here you will have the opportunity to visit all the important areas of our City while listening to your guide comfortably thru your head set, and when you will get to the Fori Imperiali and pass along the Colosseum and the Arch of Constantine you will feel as a gladiator on a modern chariot.

Offices are open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and on Saturdays from 9 am to 1 pm Italian time.

Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time and present voucher to your guide.

Each of our tours begins with a 30-minute orientation session.

We will practice on the Segways so that everyone feels comfortable and ready to go out and conquer Florence.

The Segway is appropriate for virtually anyone from 16 up to 70 years of age.
Riders must have the ability to make motions such as climbing and descending stairs without assistance and complete use of their left hand.
The Segway is not appropriate for those weighing under 100 pounds (45 kilos) or over 250 pounds (113 kilos).

Cancellation Policy:

There is a strict 72 hours cancellation policy.

Full refund for cancellations done 3 days prior to time of scheduled departure or commencement time.

Cancellations done less than 3 days prior to time of scheduled departure or commencement time are non-refundable in all circumstances.

Late arrivals and no shows, for any reasons, will not be accepted and absolutely cannot be refunded.

No refund for entry denial due to inappropriate dressing.

If you change your booking request, charge may apply.
